Eye of Veles
The first card MMO set in Slavic mythology.
Cards are released in three different editions:
- Classic (marked in yellow) – unlimited print run.
- Rare (marked in green) – limited to 10,000 copies with a maximum of 5 per player.
- Unique (marked in black) – limited to 1,000 copies with a maximum of 1 per player.
Thanks to these limited print runs, the cards possess collectible value that will grow over time

Getting Started
First, download the “Eye of Veles” app from the Google Play Store. The app is free. After installing the app, create an account at: www.strawhouse.co.uk/my-account
Once you receive the confirmation email, you can log into the “Eye of Veles” app using your username and password.
To play, you need at least one card, but I recommend having a complete team consisting of four cards.
To add your cards to the game, select “Card Manager” from the main menu.
The app may ask for location permission at this point, which is required for the arena to function properly. The game does not collect any personal data. You can read more at: www.strawhouse.co.uk/privacy-policy-2
There are two ways to use your cards:
NFC – After selecting this option in Card Manager, simply bring your card close to the back of your phone. The card will be scanned and added to your team. When using this mode, remember to save your cards regularly to avoid losing gained experience.
Arena – This is an electronic device that connects to your phone via Bluetooth. You place your team’s cards on it, and they are automatically read and saved.
Your team can consist of a maximum of 4 cards.
Below each card, you’ll see information about whether the card needs to be saved or not.
If a card has never been used before, you must first name your character to play with it. To do this, click the edit button. The name stays with the card and cannot be changed.
After selecting your team, close Card Manager and choose “Play” from the main menu.
Two windows will appear: the game chat window at the top and a list of available games below. To start a game, choose an opponent close to your experience level, then click “Join Game” and wait for the other player to accept the game invitation. You can also create your own game by clicking “Create Game”.
If your opponent’s cards are weaker than yours, you can deactivate one or more of your cards by clicking on them in the bottom right corner of the screen to balance the gameplay.
Gameplay Rules
After cards are dealt, the player with less experience goes first. Each player has 2 moves per turn and a time limit to execute them.
Players have complete freedom in choosing which card and which ability to use in each move.
To use abilities, select one of them (located on the right side of the card), then click on an opponent’s card or your own to trigger the effect.
After the match ends, you’ll see an end screen with a summary and experience points that will be distributed among your team members.
When a card levels up, you receive 5 points that you can invest in any abilities of your choice. To do this, go to Card Manager, then click on the card’s edit option. At the bottom, you’ll find a list of abilities that the card possesses. Click the hammer and anvil symbol to upgrade the desired ability.
Current Development Stage
The game is and will continue to be actively developed. It’s currently undergoing intensive testing. The Arena and cards are currently in production.

Support Request
Working on the game requires a lot of time and effort from me. If you like the idea, please support me on Kickstarter. I also strongly encourage purchasing cards in limited editions. This will significantly help support the project while creating a collectible investment opportunity for players.
The adventure awaits – stay tuned for updates.
